Her engineering background allows her to translate tech speak and easily shift between logic and emotions to help you communicate and operationalize your vision (or idea) and turn it into reality. Star’s past roles included Director of Engineering, Director of Project Managers, International Program Manager, and teaching project management at Boston University.
She is the author of many articles and the book, Leading with Gratitude: 21st Century Solutions to Boost Engagement and Innovation. She’s a certified professional leadership coach and board member of the National Speakers Association New England. She’s a New England Native currently residing in NH.
