Lauren Wilson Travels from Mackay, QLD
Lauren Wilson, being an Irish girl in an Aussie World can be very rewarding. People tell her regularly they enjoy her voice on the radio. She is the newsreader for Mackay and The Whitsundays and Central Queensland on TripleM and Hit radio stations. She recently won a ‘wonkley’ award from Mackay Council for her performances on the Jay and Dave breakfast show.
Lauren was born in Northern Ireland, and she been in Australia since 2018. She can MC, sing, and do voiceovers. Since the age of seven she was enrolled in stage school, so she has learnt how to hold a stage presence from an early age. She spent a lot of her childhood and teenage years performing in the Grand Opera House in Belfast.
She previously had a job in Mexico as a tour guide, so she knows how to speak to and handle crowds. She has always been the person that brings joy and laughter to the room, and she knows she can do the same for corporate events. You will be in good hands as the Irish know how to have a good time and create an uplifting atmosphere for any event.
