With over 15 years of experience as a Team Leader and Senior Instructor with the WA Police Tactical Response Group (TRG), Todd Bowler had the privilege of leading numerous high-risk operations. ranging from shootouts with armed robbers to arresting the Claremont Serial Killer. He worked deep undercover and provided close personal protection for U.S. Presidents and members of the British Royal family, and trained teams to operate under extreme pressure.

He encountered failures and success, and had the privilege of passing on the lessons to others, guiding them on how to overcome any challenge and effectively lead and win.

More recently, he's taken the valuable lessons learned from these experiences and leveraged them to achieve a Guinness World Record for the extreme challenge known as the Soft Sand Burpee Mile.
