Adam Williams is the founder of The Attention Seekers. He’s also an award-winning innovator, incisive thinker and a “powerhouse” professional speaker.
Adam’s keynotes and workshops show you how to cut Wasted Attention, attract the Attention of others, and focus them on achieving your goals.
His career is fascinating and full of ‘firsts’. He tour managed some of Australia’s biggest musical acts at 20, curated star-studded film premieres at 22, and played drums for an ARIA accredited number one selling band. He launched the first tailored mobile plans for Optus and managed their AFL and arts partnerships. He launched the first retail locations and mortgage insurance product for Aussie Home Loans, winning a National Promotions award for his work with the NRL. And in 2022, Adam won an ACRA and B&T Best of the Best award for inventing technology that changed the game for radio advertisers.
He’s presented keynotes all over the world… led creative, innovation, product management, promotions and sponsorship teams… and worked with hundreds of happy clients in over 50 industries, including Toyota, McDonald’s, Mazda, Coles and ANZ to name a few.
Adam’s studied at the world’s best business schools, including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Kellogg School of Management and London Business School, and works with neuro-scientists and psychotherapists on how to manage Attention more profitably.
Now he’s on a mission to share that knowledge. And audiences are absolutely loving it…
His ability to connect with the team was truly remarkable. What impressed us most was how Adam seamlessly tailored his talk to the specific needs of our sales team. The impact he had will undoubtedly lead to continued success and growth for our organization.
