Simone de Haas is an exceptional, inspiring and passionate speaker, whose messaging has been honed by a theatrically inspired career of over 35 years. She is a multi-award-winning Professional Theatre Director, Producer and Performer and International Professional Speaker. She is equally at home on the stage or in the boardroom.

Simone presents highly interactive and engaging keynotes, breakout sessions and workshops that focus on creating transformative leaders and exceptional organisations.

Simone's client base includes C-Suite Executives, Regional Councils, Financial Sector, Real Estate, Education Sector, Creative Industries, MLMs and Professional Speakers.

Simone's theatrical expertise includes the direction of a range of iconic musicals such as Les Misérables, CATS, Sound of Music, West Side Story and Phantom of the Opera. She was the Founder and Artistic Director for Mixed Company, Theatre of Comedy, a company she ran for 23 years.

Simone has won theatre industry awards including a coveted Gold Matilda Award for Directing, Acting & Design in 2011 and an ABC Radio Bell Award Best Director/Best Production. She has also worked as a Lecturer at Griffith University (Qld Conservatorium) and Queensland University of Technology in Acting for Musical Theatre and Performance Studies, and as Guest Director for the Opera Studio at the University of Southern Queensland. in 2021 Simone was doing interviewing/MC work for the Brisbane Business Hub and their ‘On the Couch’ series.
