Natalie is also a certified master coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute and provides accelerated coaching programs for partners and leaders in legal firms.
Natalie Archer is a frequent media commentator. She has appeared on Kochie’s Business Builders Sunday morning television program and website, providing advice on succession planning, organisational structures, and key governance processes.
Natalie has been a frequent keynote speaker for the real estate and small business sectors.
She has delivered presentations at the Family Businesses of Australia annual conference, on management succession and at the Housing Institute of Australia annual conference on the keys to being a successful manager.
Natalie is also an accomplished facilitator. Working with an iconic skin care brand she facilitated at the annual leadership conference with over 80 of their franchisee owners and managers.
Natalie has also worked extensively as a strategic advisor to the real estate sector and has held a collaborative partnership with the senior management team and board of a top real estate brand in Australia.
The collaborative partnership involved: Conducting a full review of the health of their organisation and network Design and implementation oversight of a transformational five year strategy leadership development and coaching with the executive team and key talent throughout the business.
Natalie works with clients in family businesses, SMEs (especially franchised business models), major listed corporates, and not-for-profit organisations. Assisting clients with both business review and strategy formulation, as well as with the practicalities of making change work. This extends to building performance-driven cultures and coaching key leaders to achieve optimal effectiveness.
Natalie is also a member of the Board of World Vision New Zealand and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
She has also been actively involved in the WVNZ Micro Enterprise Development Advisory Group, giving her frequent hands-on involvement in international relations and governance matters. Previously, Natalie spent five years working in management consultancy, based out of New Zealand and Australia.
