Ian Mathieson is an effective keynote speaker, facilitator and trainer. He has spoken at international, national and state industry conferences, facilitated professional conferences and awards dinners, devised and presented hundreds of training workshops for middle and senior managers, and facilitated more than one hundred strategic and business planning programs.

Over the past 20 years, Ian has provided services as keynote speaker, trainer, event and conference facilitator, management consultant and coach in the business, government and not-for-profit sectors across Australia and internationally.

Ian co-authored The Effective Leader, which was launched in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Management. The Effective Leader is widely used as a reference in both operations and training across all sectors.
