Blythe graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Industrial Relations) and started her corporate career. She also has her Masters Degree in Management and is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Peak Performance Coach.
After 13 years working in Senior Human Resources and Organisational Development roles for some of Australia’s largest businesses (including McDonald’s Australia and Bunnings), her obsession for people and performance led her to venture solo. She now partners with other leading organisations in their quest to get the people and culture part of their business better, by turning up the level of Ownership throughout.
Blythe delivers a range of programs which teach personal accountability and self-leadership as well as teaching leaders how to ‘boot the BBB behaviours’ and drive Ownership within their teams. She also offers a unique approach to feminine leadership development. Blythe is a highly sought-after keynote speaker.
