Bruce is a dedicated and highly accomplished senior executive, entrepreneur, educator, leadership / culture development professional and employee wellbeing consultant, with his recent Covid pivot serving on the executive team as the inaugural Chief Wellbeing Officer for 22,000 staff at Australia’s largest Hospital Health Service. He has proven experience providing executive level leadership and support, strategic planning, and service delivery across diverse industries (within government and the private sector).
With over 42 years’ experience (yes, he’s that old!) working as a successful serial entrepreneur he has applied his practical and proven hands-on experience to working with individuals, families, businesses and communities providing education and opportunities for personal improvement. By age 24 he had established his own million-dollar network of businesses and he has an extended track record of working with a wide range of private and public organisations, both in Australia and overseas. His enthusiastic, entertaining and hands-on approach gets long term tangible results and has resulted in 100% of his work being generated from repeat and referral business since 1995, which is of course the strongest possible testimony to his skills.
Voted Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year by the National Speakers Association of Australia he was admitted to the Australian Speakers Hall of Fame in 2007. Bruce was also presented with the Paul Harris Award in Rotary District 9640 for his contribution to RYLA as a presenter for more than 33 years.
Bruce is an articulate communicator with the confidence to liaise, engage, and work collaboratively with broad ranging key stakeholders to build and maintain productive relationships. He is a resourceful and proactive problem solver and innovative change manager with an ongoing commitment to best practice and high performance. To sum up Bruce in a few words - highly energetic, driven and motivated. He's personality and zest for life is both infectious and inspiring!
On behalf of our national sales team I would like to thank you very much for your contribution to our business and its continuum of change towards the pressures of work and life. As a whole you have imparted a very memorable and useful session of information that continues to be a genuine and performance orientated part of the business.
ParmalatThanks very much for spending the time with my Safety and Environment Resource Team. I have to say they were so energised by the days end. We all agreed that we got so much out of it and how much it will help with our team relationship (and other relationships!). Some I spoke to the next day said they could not sleep they were so excited about it all. They also admitted that against your advice, they did go straight home and test out some of the ideas discussed on their partners.

Your subject matter and pitch was perfect for what we are doing. I found your style to be humorous, but with content and examples that communicated the seriousness of the topic.
