With nearly 30 years of presenting experience James Lush knows how to hold an audience. He is a BBC and ABC Radio presenter with over 30,000 interviews to his name he understands what it takes to communicate. He has also established a strong media and presentation consultancy, MC's and hosts many Corporate events.

But over the past ten years he's honed in on leadership communication. With a Masters in Psychology his curiosity and interest now lies in personal and organisational transformation. He's the co-founder of a Digital Media company in Perth, working in the content marketing and production space.

His MC, Facilitating, training and presentation work takes him all over the world through word of mouth recommendations.

Before leaving for Australia at the beginning of 2004, James was presenting live news programmes on National BBC Radio 5 Live. At the same time James spent time working for BBC TV and ITV as a reporter and presenter. However, in Perth, James presented the Saturday Breakfast Show on 720 ABC Perth and filled in on all the different programmes when the presenters were away.

James has hosted the Leadership Forum for the Chamber of Commerce (Kim Beasley, Kevin Sheedy and Sam Walsh). Other events include Institute of Management, Institute of Company Directors, The Property Council and The Perth Writers Festival. He was also MC for the WAPPA conference - a 3 day event for 1000 people per day. With Dr Steven Covey, the key-note speaker James brought the School Principals and Business leaders together to great effect.
