Tammy Reid facilitates an Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR) process, known as The Work of Byron Katie. A simple way to question the thoughts that create stress. We know that stress and worry are futile, yet how do we stop?
This is the how.
Tammy founded Doing What Works, to share this simple technique, as it is her desire that everyone experience a more peaceful world inside and out. Trained to facilitate The Work of Byron Katie through The Institute for The Work, the only worldwide Certification Program for The Work, Tammy has worked directly with Byron Katie and is twice a graduate of The School for The Work, Ojai, California.
Tammy is a highly experienced speaker and workshop facilitator. As one of Tammy’s previous participants noted after a workshop, “I feel like a weight has been lifted off me”; others have said things like, “I had for a very long time identified myself as an anxious person, now there has been a shift to my understanding that I am a person who sometimes experiences anxiety… I have seen a big improvement in my mindset”.
Tammy is straight to the point, achieves results and facilitates others with compassion and understanding. She facilitates a process that will question you to find your own answers. It is a way to find peace within you and with the world as it is.
Tammy wrote an article “A Teenager’s Guide to Freedom from Mental Stress” published in the October 2020 Edition of the Nationwide Youthwise Magazine.
Offering a way to work with stressful thoughts, Tammy facilitates Mental Resilience Programs in Primary and Secondary Schools, facilitates Weekend Workshops and Retreats throughout Australia and is available as a Keynote Speaker for Mental Wellbeing.
