Anthony Mitchell Travels from Sydney, NSW

Sitting on Boards in the private, public and non-for-profit sectors, he brings his global thought leadership in commerce, psychology and mathematics to the development and execution of leading-edge strategies for success.

He is an internationally recognised thought leader in strategic leadership.  He has been advising companies internationally for the last 25 years, working across more than 30 countries on five continents advising clients ranging from leading multi-nationals and listed companies to major government agencies and not-for-profits.

Prior to co-founding his own strategic advisory firm, Anthony spent 12 years with the Sheffield Group where he was a Partner and CEO of Sheffield Australia.

His appointments include; External appointee to the Strategy Group (the de facto Board) of the Audit Office of New South Wales, Chairman and National President of Amnesty International Australia, and a member of the UTS Adult Education Think Tank.

In recent times Anthony has worked on projects which include designing a 12-country strategic plan for one of Asia-Pacific’s largest financial institutions, the design and delivery (for 5 years) of a leadership program for Directors, Executive Directors and Country Managing Directors from 17 countries for one of the world’s largest professional services firms.

The art and science of strategic leadership is what has driven Anthony to where he is today. As Dux of both his degrees (one in Mathematics and one in Psychology), and with postgraduate business qualifications from Cornell University (New York), Anthony has a unique mix of expertise across typically separate ways of thinking.
