Tania is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing and is experienced in facilitating both face to face and online groups. After 24 years in a diverse nursing career, in 2013 Tania discovered a passion for supporting people in their mental health and addiction journeys, and has established her own nurse-led clinic, Kelly Health: Mental Health & Addiction Solutions in Mackay, Queensland. In addition to private practice, her leadership and counselling experience spans across a variety of treatment environments inclusive of inpatient, outreach, and community-based settings.

Tania’s experience in owning and co-managing a Smash Repair business equips her to understand industry and business, and the challenges substance use poses to managers in the workplace. Furthermore, her years of experience working with adolescents in high school settings, places her well-prepared to understand the demands and challenges substance use creates for educators and support staff.
