Barratt Kennett is a CEO, and his company was recently recognised as the best company to work for in Australia in the Great Place to Work international survey for 2023. It’s core focus is to foster the next generation of business successes through their business and its specialised training programme, designed to fill in the countless gaps the modern secondary and tertiary education system leaves behind. They currently employ over 50 of the most talented sellers in the country, with offices in four cities.

Barratt specialises in teaching sales, leadership and scaling to businesses of all sizes, helping them achieve new levels of profit and growth. He is also the author of the best-selling book “Leadership in Sales: 4 Simple Steps for More Sales, More Scale, and More Success,” and was recently recognised as the Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the competition’s Marketing category.

Barratt has always lived by the motto, “If someone wrote a book about your life, would anybody read it?”

He founded his company after a brief career as a professional MMA fighter (garnering two Australian championships by the age of 19), and several years operating and hosting “Magic Mike” style stage performances. After growing up mostly in the small island of Bermuda, he’s travelled to over 30 countries around the world, however he will always call Australia home.
