Heidi Horne is a renowned speaker and corporate trainer recognised as a mindfulness and mindset expert. Heidi is known for her inspiring, passionate, and positive presentations on mindfulness, stress management, positive mindset and resilience. Heidi is the author of two books that are globally published, including the popular children’s book, MindFlip - Emotional Toolbox and Positive Mindset for Kids and Teens.
She has founded Mindful Mondays, a movement to inspire teachers, educators, and parents to share five minutes of mindfulness with children each week to create a daily mindful habit. She is also the founder of the One-Minute Reset, and is an expert in transforming stress into success. Heidi is the creator of the One Minute Reset app and author of her second book that are both set to launch in early 2025.
Heidi has hosted corporate trainings and presentations for companies and associations including like CISCO, Boehringer Ingelheim, Real Insurance, ADA (Australian Dental Association) among many others.
She has been featured in various media sharing her insights and strategies to create a daily mindfulness habit and positive mindset. With extensive professional and varied life experience, Heidi is real and engaging and has a flair for connecting with audiences in a natural and honest way. For more than 17 years, Heidi has been teaching mindfulness, positive mindset, meditation and resilience to help children, parents and corporates find their inner calm.
Over the last 20 years, she has acquired qualifications in Counselling and Mental Health, Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Senior Yoga Teaching, Mindfulness Meditation, and Emotional Freedom Technique. Heidi wrote and published MindFlip, a book for parents, children and teens, which has also been uploaded as a popular self-guided online course. She has also led Yoga and Wellness Retreats nationally and internationally.
